Warranty
We care about our products and do everything we can to deliver them to you in perfect condition. However, it can happen that something goes wrong during transport or that another problem occurs that entitles you to a warranty.
Under European law, you are protected against any defect in the product that occurs within two years of delivery . In some cases, you may also have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover a defect (or could reasonably have discovered it), please contact us within a reasonable period . This is in any case within two months of discovery. In some situations, a longer period may also be acceptable.
Please contact us via info@liefsenlintjes.nl with a clear description of the problem (and if possible a photo). If your report falls within the set period, we will of course provide a free repair or replacement of the product.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We advise you to first make complaints known to us by sending an email to info@liefsenlintjes.nl
