📦 Questions about delivery

What is the delivery time?
We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. The average delivery time is 2 to 5 business days . If it unexpectedly takes longer, we will of course contact you as soon as possible.

What are the shipping costs?

The Netherlands

  • €4.99 for a letterbox package

  • €6.95 for packages under €50.

  • Free shipping from €50,-

Belgium & Germany

  • €11.49 for orders under €70.00

  • Free shipping from €70,-

Delivery is via PostNL or DHL. In most cases your package will be delivered the next working day, but we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Can I also pick up my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your order at this time.

At Liefs en Lintjes you can pay safely with the following payment methods:

🔁 Exchanges & Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have the right to return your order (partly) within 14 days after receipt. After registration you have another 14 days to return the product.

📌 Please note: Personalized products (such as with name or own text) cannot be returned or exchanged .

How do I return something?
Make sure your return meets our conditions (undamaged, unused, in original packaging). The costs for returning are for your own account. Always send with a Track & Trace code.

When will I get my money back?
Within 5 working days of receiving your return (and approval thereof), we will refund the purchase amount via your original payment method.

Can I exchange my order?
Yes, you can return the product and then place a new order for the desired item.

I want to cancel my order, is that possible?
Yes, cancellation is possible. Please note that – as stated in our general terms and conditions – we charge 10% of the total amount in case of cancellation.

My product is damaged or defective, what now?
How annoying! Please contact us within 48 hours via info@liefsenlintjes.nl and add a photo of the problem if possible. We will gladly find a suitable solution for you.
