📦 Exchanges & Returns

Within 14 days of receipt you can indicate whether and which products you want to return. After your return notification you have another 14 days to actually return the order.

Returns conditions

• Products must be returned undamaged, unused and, if possible, in their original packaging .

• Please treat your order with care. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to assess the product, we may charge a depreciation .

• Returns will only be accepted and credited if they meet the above conditions.

🚫 Exception: personalized products

Please note: personalized products (such as items with a name, date or your own text) cannot be returned or exchanged . These are made especially for you and are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Costs & Shipping

• The shipping costs for a return shipment are at your own expense.

• We recommend that you send your return with Track & Trace , so that you have proof of shipment.

• Unstamped returns will not be accepted. If this does happen, we will charge costs.

Refund

After notification of return, we will refund the purchase amount including any shipping costs within 14 days via the original payment method, provided that the products have already been returned in good order.
